This program is meant for beginners to the most experienced lifters! If you are just starting out in the gym, the basic lifts will provide you with solid building blocks to gain confidence and expand your knowledge. For those experienced lifters and the ones in between, taking the time to go back to the basics can be extremely beneficial and is necessary to ensure continued progress.

*Follow this program for 4-8 weeks ensuring that with each week you are either adding a repetition or 5 pounds to each lift. Ex: if the rep range is 10-12, I will find a weight that I can only do for 10 reps with perfect form. The next week, I will try to get 11 reps on each set and repeat this as the weeks go on until I get to 12 reps. Then, I will increase weight and go back down to 10 reps the following week. This is called progressive overload and is incredibly vital to your progress.
